Fillmore Adult School Open House

Fillmore Adult School can help you achieve your goals and enrich your life! We provide meaningful opportunities to fulfill your personal, educational and workplace goals! Whether your eighteen or eighty, you can become a lifelong learner. We serve a variety of educational needs and offer student support services to help you succeed. Come to our open house and see what we have to offer! This Saturday 4-6pm at The Fillmore Unified School District Auditorium followed by classroom visits and registration form completion. There will be food for the first 100 to come!

Big Congratulations to Patric Casas for completing his last courses in our High School Diploma class! He will be participating in our upcoming graduation ceremony! This joyful person has worked hard and his personality will be missed in our classes!

Mr. Barrera’s English Class

La clase de Inglés como Segundo Idioma y Ciudadanía del Sr. Barrera participa en la capacitación tecnológica con nuestro experto en el plan de estudios de inglés de Burlington. Los estudiantes utilizan esta plataforma en línea para practicar el aprendizaje desde casa. Incluso les da retroalimentación en su pronunciación del idioma y les ayuda a prepararse para la prueba de ciudadanía.

Mr. Barrera’s English as a Second Language and Citizenship class participates in technology training with our Burlington English curriculum expert. Students use this online platform to practice learning from home. It even gives them feedback in their pronunciation of the language and helps them prepare for the citizenship test.

Fillmore Adult School students celebrated the holiday together earlier this week. We are thankful for the community and friendships built by our teachers and students.
